Inversion of tooth in nasal septum.

Abstract
We experienced very rare case having inversion of tooth in nasal septum of a 15 year old male patient.
The patient was first seen in 13th. Jan. 1964 complaining of nasal obstruction of both side for about 5 yrs, without a change in the finding and 2mos, previously profuse nasal discharge and headache developed, on examination, He had septal deviation on the Lt, side, profuse nasal discharge from middle meatus of both side, slight retraction of the left T. M. and tonsillectomy scar in tonsillar fossa, other wise no specific abnormal findings. X-ray finding of this patient was as follows,
"Hazzy density is seen in both max, sinus, more marked in the Lt. Fluid levelis seen in the Rt, but no bony destructive process."
The patient was advised that an operation, deviatomy and Caldwell-Luc operation. was-necessary, 16th Jan. 1964, We tried the deviatomy by Killian¢¥ s method, during the deviatomy, canine like tooth was seen on the Rt; anterior side of septal crest of maxilla and it was removed.
